Alisha has been an influential leader in our organization for more than ten years. She is driving our team towards success with her hands-on experience and strong commitment to excellence. Alisha initially joined us as a Junior Property Manager and has steadily progressed through various departments to assume the role of our esteemed Chief Executive Officer. When she isn't working you can find her at a LA Rams game, volunteering at church, or spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Lane has been with TrueDoor PM since 2019 on the admin team. Her current role is Property Administrator. If she’s not at her desk she's probably in her yard feeding the squirrels and raccoons who have adopted her.

After leaving a short career at a large CPA firm, Kyle started the company with friend and co-founder Bryant. Both he and his wife graduated from Cal State Long Beach and have 3 daughters, which he lovingly calls his “other job”. When time permits, he’s surfing or riding dirt bikes.

Richard is the President at TrueDoor Inland and has been in customer service for many years. He started in fast food and quickly worked his way into a management position. Richard relocated with his wife to Southern CA several years ago and obtained his real estate license after joining our team as an inspector. When not working he enjoys spending time with his family and their dogs at the beach.
